Kiddos Race

Children 10 & under participating in the 1/2 mile kids's fun run receive a finisher's medal - 1st boy and girl to cross the finish line will receive a trophy.  A shirt is not provided for the kid's run but can be purchased during registration.

The start line and finish line are downtown Oconomowoc and the course is closed.

Awards: 

Trophies and prizes to top male & female overall.  Medals are awarded to 1st-3rd male & female runners in 5 year age brackets, including a special bracket for those 10 & under.

Timing: 

Timing is provided by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC.

Aid Station: 

There will be athlete aid stations at approximately 1.5 miles

Tshirts: 

All 5k runners / walkers registered by Monday 10:00 pm cst May 30th will receive a custom Yellow Brick Road shirt.  Shirts are dry wick unisex.

Need Some Additional Training?

Check out the Endurance House Foundations program.  For only $85, you will receive professional training AND and entry into the Yellow Brick Road 5K.  Just click the registration now button above and select the Endurance House Foundation Training option. The 12 week program begins April 2nd.

Parking: 

Parking is available in the municipal lot located behind City Hall.  Downtown Oconomowoc parking map.

Volunteers: 

We need volunteers for everything from goody bag stuffing to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance.  All volunteers can run a future race at no charge.

Weather / Refund Policy: 

Refunds are not permitted for any reason.

The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event.  If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds.

Teams

Want to run with your friends, co-workers or the in-laws?  No problem.  Putting together a team is easy and free.  Just find 2+ people, pick a team name and register. Those with 4+ team members will be eligible for the team award (fastest 4 runners per team).
