Aurora's Family to Family

Since 1996, your donations to Aurora Family Service have helped more than 64,000 deserving families prepare a Thanksgiving meal together. That’s nearly 250,000 smiles! You’ve been helping a lot of people for a long time, and we couldn’t be more grateful!   From last year’s inaugural race we were able to donate $750 to help families in need enjoy the holiday. Donate Now.

Forest Home Historic Preservation Association

The Forest Home Historic Preservation Association is dedicated to the preservation of Forest Home Cemetery as Wisconsin’s premier garden cemetery, its historical significance and creating a community resource for the greater Milwaukee area.
Forest Home Cemetery contains 1100 Civil War Veterans with many still in unmarked graves or their markers are so worn that they need replacement. In addition, 22 government headstones are so worn that they need replacement. Part of your race proceeds will help to provide the appropriate markers for these veterans.  From last year’s race we were able to contribute to updating  two Civil War Veteran Markers. Those headstones are seen below.   You also may specifically donate, separate from the race to help provide a headstone for these Civil War veterans. Donate Now.
