The Coast Guard Foundation's Run To Remember is a worldwide movement that honors Coast Guard heroes who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service of their country. Each year, thousands of people participate in road races, memorial walks, and other types of fitness events to pay tribute to the lost members of the service. Kiddos Race for FREE
There will be a Kids 1K run (under 10). All kids will get a bib just like Mom & Dad. The race is FREE for the kiddos if mom or dad is registered and you can register on line at no charge. Sorry no shirts for the kiddos but they can be purchased on line during registration.
Courses
The Run to Remember is a flat and fast course starting at Estabrook Park and following the Oak Leaf Trail (paved). The trail meanders through the City of Milwaukee along the Milwaukee River.

Overall Male & Female and top 3 male & female finishers in 5 year age groups will receive a custom medal.
Timing is provided by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC
There will be two aid stations on course.
Everyone who is registered by noon Monday May 22nd will be guaranteed a shirt. After that, shirts are available while the on line supplies last.
Race day only.
Parking is available at that start / finish line.
We need volunteers for everything from goody bag stuffing to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. All volunteers can run a future race at no charge.

Refunds are not permitted for any reason.
The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds.
